Per Capita GDP Growth in Asia and the Pacific, Asian Development Outlook (ADO)
Figures and forecasts are as of ADB's Asian Development Outlook (ADO) 2021, released in April 2021.
This dataset provides the growth rates of real per capita GDP, which is defined as GDP at constant prices divided by the population. Data on per capita gross national income in US dollar terms (Atlas method) for 2016 are also shown, sourced from the World Bank’s World Development Indicators online. The data for the Cook Islands and Taipei,China were estimated using the Atlas conversion factor.
Note: The newly industrialized economies are Hong Kong, China, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, and Taipei,China.
