External Debt Outstanding in Asia and the Pacific, Asian Development Outlook
Figures are as of ADB's Asian Development Outlook (ADO) 2020, released in April 2020.
For most economies, external debt outstanding, public and private, includes medium- and long-term debt, short-term debt, and IMF credit. For Cambodia and the Lao PDR, only public external debt is reported. For Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Thailand, the figures for 2016 are as of the end of September.
