ADB has initiated the Asian Transport Outlook (ATO) to strengthen the knowledge base on transport in the Asia-Pacific region. The ATO is developed in support of the planning and delivery of ADB Transport Sector Assistance. At the same time, the ATO supports ADB's Developing Member Countries in transport policy development and delivery.

The Success Rates Database details the performance of ADB projects and programs. It includes information from 440 Project Completion Reports (PCRs), Validated Project Completion Reports (PVRs), and Project/Program Performance Evaluation Reports (PPERs), from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2018.

Technical Assistances financed with Technical Assistance Special Fund are currently not included. Private Sector Operations are not included due to disclosure limitations. This dataset contains links to policies, procedures and the latest ADB annual report and country strategy papers.
